The Peakhurst South Public School Parents and Citizens’ Association will hold its Annual

General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday, 26 November 2025 at 7:00pm in the School Library,

followed immediately by the November General Meeting.


Everyone is welcome to attend.


At the AGM, all executive positions will be declared vacant, and a vote will be held to elect the

2025–2026 Executive Committee.


If you would like to nominate yourself or someone else for any of the roles listed below, please

complete the online nomination form:



Eligibility:

All nominees must be financial members of the P&C Association as of the last general meeting

prior to the AGM — Wednesday, 26 October at 7:00pm — when the $2.00 membership fee is

payable (Please note: General Members for 2025-2026 may pay their membership fee at any time)


Expectations of Executive Members:

Elected members are expected to actively participate in P&C meetings and events, including

helping to organise, run, or volunteer at school and community activities.
